-Initial planning permission appraisal

-Preparation of EIA screening direction request and scoping letter and liaison with Local Planning Authority (LPA) 

-Preparation of the planning application including biodiversity reports, noise assessments, landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)  if required

-Technical dialog with local grid company for G83 or G59 connection approval

-MOD and CAA radar applications

Our planning team has made several thousand applications. Because we help our clients select the most appropriate site, we have 95% success rate with wind turbine planning applications. We have not yet lost a solar panel planning application.
